Holy Crapola, folks. This store is not what it used to be and never will be now that the butt brother nordstrom boys have taken the helm. They have grounded the ship and expect the customers to keep spending for substandard service and disgruntled incompetent Store Managers. They are really dumpster diving to bring in “New” managers to replace the ones who know what the heck is going on. I believe the goodwill store has a better selection, is better managed and tax deductible. The only thing deductible when you shop at this establishment is your good common sense and hard earned money from your wallet to their incompetent board.
