Elegant Classic Pumps

Monday July 13, 2009 by Kirin Rinehart

When it comes to fashion, it’s important to invest in items that will last for years and years. Timeless pieces, iconic styles, and truly wearable items are worth the extra buck. And that’s where classic pumps come in play. And you may think you need to spend a ton to get a great pair, but here are three styles in classic pumps that are under $100!

The Carrie classic pumps from Guess are a great item because of the classic style lines. Always relevant, these classic pumps feature a pointed toe and a delicious 4″ stacked heel. These classic pumps are suitably sexy for day into evening.

The Bonfire classic pumps from Nine West have a romantic and edgy appeal to them. Designed with a 1 1/2″ hidden platform, 4″ heel, and a peep toe, these classic pumps are to-die-for. Simple, elegant, and sexy, finishing off your look with these classic pumps will be simple.

The Rocha classic pumps from Nine West are a great pick for a pair of springtime classic pumps. With a wood platform and heel, these classic pumps are lush, yet neutral. These classic pumps would work fantastically with jeans for a casual day or a spring suit for work. When fall comes around, pair them with a tweed pencil skirt and a cropped blazer.

Maybe Saving Would Be Easier With A Chic New Wallet!

Wednesday July 8, 2009 by Kirin Rinehart

I guess looking into purchasing a new wallet sort of goes against the grain of “saving”. But hey, I’m all for going against the grain. My theory is it would be easier to hold on to my dough if I had a vibrantly chic wallet to tote my (fast depleting) cash. Let’s take a look and see if any of these wallet options strike my fancy.

So technically since I am trying to save, I guess a bargain find on a lovely new wallet would be smart, right? Right! The Chicklit Wallet from Tano is great. At only $88.00 and in a rich deep blue, this wallet would be fabulous and still leave some money leftover to throw in my piggy bank. An added plus? This wallet is large enough to double as a little clutch. Two accessories in one.

If a great wallet is your priority and you are willing to spend a little more, take a look at this beautiful Tory Burch wallet. Extremely fun in hot pink crinkled leather(!), this wallet will be easy to find in your bag and it’s small and compact. Take this anywhere. Still, at $155.00, it’s a great price for such a fun design in a wallet.

Luxurious. Elegant. Green. All things I admire in a wallet. The Park Slope Kate Spade wallet is perfect for spring and a refreshing change from the basic brown and black wallets on the market. This wallet is a must-have, so don’t let it get away. Designed large enough to hold up to twelve credit cards and change and zip everything up securely, it’s hard to find anything not to love about this wallet.
