Editor’s Top 5 New Year’s Resolution Like List

Tuesday December 30, 2008 by Konstantina

It’s one thing to say what you’re New Year’s resolution will be, and it’s another to actually do it. I’m one of those that never stick to their resolutions. But with this top 5 like list, I’ll be on a good start with my 2009 resolutions.

5. To find more time to cook

I love to cook, but I’m not the best at it. My first 2009 resolution is to find the time to cook more so I can become a better cook. With the 11-piece Kinetic Cookware Set I can force myself to cook after spending the money on this wonderful cookware set.

4. To jog every weekend
I always wake up on Saturday mornings feeling lazy and super sluggish. And that’s why I stay home and watch the Soap network while drinking my coffee, while I should be out jogging for 30 minutes. Hopefully, a pair of Adidas ClimaCool Ozweego CC Running Shoe will get me off the couch. Afterall, I can catch the Beverly Hills 90210 and O.C. re-runs at a later time.

3. To give my face the skincare treatment it deserves
Taking care of your face can knock off plenty of years and give you the glow and radiance all women are seeking for. I’ve never cared much about giving my face the right skincare treatment, but it’s important to do so and that’s what I plan on doing with the Turnaround 15-Minute Facial Skincare by Clinique. With its advanced cocktail, this skincare facial exfoliates and soothes the skin, while removing dirt and dead skin cells from your face.

2. To spend less money on shoes
My shoe fetish has cost me a lot of money in the past. And with these economic times it would be smart to spend my money wisely. But, that doesn’t mean I have to stop buying shoes. Finding affordable and trendy shoes like the Strappy Platform Sandal will give me a head start on my Spring fashions without having to spend hundreds of dollars.

1. To relax more
The year 2008 was very hectic and stressful in both my professional and personal life. In 2009 I’d like to give myself more time to relax and calm down. The Passion Aromatherapy will be a great start on that New Year resolution.

The DDF Blemish Foaming Cleanser foams and fights away the bad bacteria that cause blemishes It’s non irritating and non drying, and visibly reduces old blemishes while preventing new ones. Although a bit pricey, the DDF Blemish Foaming Cleanser is definitely worth the buy. I’ve been using this cleanser myself, and a few days later I’ve already noticed a difference. My skin feels cleaner and healthier, and I can honestly say it’s the best blemish cleaner I have used.

Beauty Review: Cleansing Cloths

Monday December 10, 2007 by Konstantina

I’ve tried several cleansing cloths, and I’ve experienced the same problem with all of them; dry skin! Some cloths are too moist and soapy making your eyes and skin feel itchy, and other are too dry, which defeats the purpose of a wet cleansing cloth. Now, I’ve found the Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Detoxifying Wet Cleansing Towelette, and I’m 100% satisfied. My skin doesn’t get dry, it reduced my redness and my skin feels super clean after a day’s worth of make-up. Currently the towelettes come with a free sample of Garnier’s Nutritioniste Skin Revew, which daily regenerates your skin providing you with a soft base for make-up. The Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Detoxifying Wet Cleansing Towelette is $5.99 and can be found at most drug stores and supermarket make-up aisles.

Editor’s Update!

Find Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Detoxifying Wet Cleansing Towelettes at drugstore.com. ($5.99) It’s worth a click to check out their holiday products and save yourself the hassle of fighting through the holiday crowds to get your beauty basics!
